Day 01: Arrive Gangtok
Arrive Bagdogra airport / New Jalpaiguri railway station and transfer by road to Gangtok. Upon arrival in Gangtok transfer to your hotel. Overnight at hotel in Gangtok.
Day 02: Gangtok
This morning proceed to Tashi View Point which offers a spectacular view of the mountains, Ganesh Tok and Hanuman Tok. Later proceed on a sightseeing tour of Gangtok - visit Do Drul Chortan, Stupa, Institute of Tibetology, Institute of Handicrafts and Handlooms, Enchay Monastery, Flower Monastery and Rumtek Monastery, which is the largest in Sikkim and is the main seat of the Karma Kagyu lineage. Overnight at hotel in Gangtok.
Day 03: Gangtok
This morning you will proceed for an excursion to Baba Mandir and the sacred Tsomgo lake, situated at an altitude of 3,780 meters and offers a splendid view of the high Himalayas in the not too distant horizon. Rest of the day at leisure, Overnight at the hotel.
Day 04: Gangtok – Lachung
Today you will drive to Lachung (small pass) situated at an altitude of 8800 feet. Enroute to Lachung you will stop to visit the Phodong Monastery. Evening at leisure to explore the beautiful Himalayan village on your own. Overnight at hotel in Lachung.
Day 05: Lachung
This morning visit to Yumthang Valley, also known as valley of flowers situated at an altitude of 12,000 feet, enroute you will visit the Hot Spring and Singba Rhododendron Sanctuary. Later visit Lachung Monastery. Evening is at leisure. Overnight stay at Lachung.
Day 06: Lachung – Gangtok
In the morning drive back to Gangtok. Proceed to your hotel. Day at leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Gangtok.
Day 07: Depart Gangtok
Transfer to Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri railway station for your onward journey.
