Day 01: Arrive Gangtok
Arrive Bagdogra airport / New Jalpaiguri railway station and transfer by surface to Gangtok - is literally the “lofty hill” set amidst the clouds and mists of the Himalayas, a gateway to Sikkim situated at a height of 5,500 feets. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02: Gangtok
An excursion to Baba Mandir - dedicated to the soldier of Indian Army, Tsangu Lake - a holy lake worshipped by the Sikkimese. Enjoy yak ride around the lake. Overnight at Gangtok.
Day 03: Gangtok
Visit to Tashi View Point - offers a spectacular view of the mountains, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Do Drul Chortan, Stupa, Institute of Tibetology, Institute of Handicrafts & Handlooms, Enchay Monastery, Flower Monastery and Rumtek Monastery - largest in Sikkim and is the main seat of the Karma Kagyu lineage. Night stay.
Day 04: Gangtok - Lachung
Excursion to Lachung situated at an height of 8,610 feet, an exquisite village in the valleys of North Sikkim, with resplendent snow-capped mountains, dazzling waterfalls, and sparkling streams. Enroute to Lachung, take a break to visit the Phodong Monastery. The original monastery rebuilt to be one of the most beautiful monasteries in Sikkim. It accommodates the old mural paintings and has around 260 monks. Evening at leisure to explore this beautiful Himalayan village on your own. Overnight at Lachung.
Day 05: Lachung
This morning visit to Yumthang Valley, situated at an altitude of about 11,800 fts. It is covered with rhododendron shrubs and trees of various species. The valley is known for its hot springs, Singba Rhododendron Sanctuary, and Lachung Monastery are in the list of sight seeing. Night to be spend at Lachung
Day 06: Lachung - Gangtok
By surface back to Gangtok. Remaining day at leisure for individual activities. Overnight at Gangtok.
Day 07: Gangtok - Pelling
Transfer to Pelling - attracts most of the visitors for its representative status in history, nature and culture of the state. At an altitude of 6,800 feets, exclusively to have a magnificent view of the snow-capped mountains of Khangchendzonga. Arrive and remaining day at leisure. Pelling for night stay.
Day 08: Gangtok - Pelling
Full day visit of Pelling - Pemayangtse monastery, situated on the back drop of Eastern Himalayas, constructed in 17th Century AD, houses several religious images and precious objects of worship, by being ancientness. Later you will visit tranquil Khecheopalri Lake, surrounded by lush green forest and is considered as one of the sacred lakes of Sikkim - by the Buddhist and Hindus.
Day 09: Pelling - Darjeeling
Transfer by road to Darjeeling - "Queen of the Hills" and famous for one of the world's finest teas, and for housing the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, a World Heritage Train. Arrive and day at leisure for individual activities. Overnight at Darjeeling.
Day 10: Darjeeling
Early morning excursion to Tiger Hill to witness a spectacular sunrise and its amazing effects on the Mt. Kanchendzonga, world's 3rd highest peak, on return visit Ghoom Monastery and Batashia Loop - a War Memorial. Local sight seeing to Padmaja N. Zoological Garden, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tibetian Refugee Self-help Center, and visit to the Mall. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Day 11: Depart Darjeeling
Transfer to Bagdogra airport / New Jalpaiguri railway station for final destination.
